Alexandra Litvin received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a recipient of the Charles Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellowship and the SHU Law Public Interest Law Fellowship.
During law school, Alexandra was President of the Public Interest Network and served as a student attorney in the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic where she provided legal services to individuals in need of representation in a wide variety of family-law matters. At commencement, she received the LexisNexis Public Interest Award which recognized her commitment to public service. She received her undergraduate degree in behavioral science from Drew University in 2005.
Alexandra served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas L. Weisenbeck when Judge Weisenbeck was the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. She then served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer to a broker-dealer and as a consultant to a leading global brokerage company in NYC.
Alexandra is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also held the Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 24 (General Securities Principal), and Series 53 (Municipal Securities Principal) FINRA licenses. Alexandra regularly provides pro bono services with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice divorce clinic.
